Who are you?
I’d definitely call myself just that: an Artist. I don’t necessarily box myself into one genre, I’ve created it all: Rock, Rap, RnB, Indie Pop— I create what I like and what I feel & hope it resonates with anybody that listens. Music is all about the atmosphere you’re trying to create and I definitely recognize that. I’m for sure versatile & adaptable— and my pocket is whatever the hell I want it to be.
Where are you from?
Im J4SHIN, and im from New York. I’m out in Long Island and the music scene out here is mostly rock & metalcore, shoegaze. I used to actually be a metalcore vocalist, but I definitely took a pivot and decided to do what I really messed with in creating ambient rap.
