I’m Destin — an artist born in Detroit, now creating in the heart of Phoenix. My music is a reflection of where I’ve been and where I’m headed. Inspired by artists like Future, I blend melodic trap with introspective storytelling, crafting soundscapes that hit hard and linger long after the beat fades.
I speak on pain, ambition, and transformation — not just to entertain, but to connect. Every track is intentional. Every lyric is a piece of my journey. I’m not here to follow trends; I’m here to carve my own lane and bring listeners with me.

Where are you from?
I’m originally from Detroit, Michigan — the birthplace of Motown, techno, and a gritty, soulful sound that runs deep in the city’s veins. Growing up there, music wasn’t just background noise — it was culture, history, and survival. From basement jam sessions to block parties bumping J Dilla and Aretha, Detroit taught me that music is power.
Now I’m based in Phoenix, Arizona, and it’s been a wild shift — from cold winters to desert heat, from soul to Southwest. But Phoenix has its own pulse: a diverse, underrated scene full of indie artists, Latin rhythms, and experimental sounds. It’s a city that’s still finding its voice, and I’m proud to be part of that evolution.
